Impact of Social Network Usage on Employees’ Work Performance in Public Organizations: Evidence from Vietnam

Abstract This study aims to improve understanding of the relationship between social media usage and work performance in Vietnamese public sector by examining roles trust, network ties, shared vision, knowledge transfer. By using Media Synchronicity Theory as theoretical framework, suggests that use networks within organizations can lead increased trust among employees, which turn communication collaboration. Additionally, help promote a vision employees foster strong facilitate transfer enhanced performance. The findings this provide empirical support for importance connection Vietnam's sector.
